Question about RAID 0

I have 3 hard drives

750GB
500GB
500GB

I want to have some space for data thought

I have a 2 slot Raid Card so my options are to make an array on the two 500GB and use 750GB as a data drive.

My other option I was thinking maybe I can partition the 750GB into 500GB and 250GB and have RAID 0 on three 500GB and have 250GB partition as a data. Don't know if that's possible or how my Raid card would come into play then.

Any advise?

I'd suggest putting the two 500Gb drives into the array, and just use the 750 as storage.

I'd second that. I believe some controllers are able to use the remaining space but I've never done that myself. The other way to do it would be with a software RAID but I wouldn't recommend that in your circumstances and certainly not with a RAID 0.
