Radeon 5770 card

I am about to order my first build and I am getting scared by some of the reviews on the GPU I want...not sure which to buy now. HIS is cheapest...or should I get XFX? Sapphire?

I am getting a Phenom ii x4 955 black edition and a 790gx am3 mobo if that matters.

I would get the card by XFX because of the lifetime warranty. I've had ATi cards by both ATi and Saphire and they were both good brands but they don't have the lifetime warranty like XFX does.
