Get a better mobo, the one you picked is Micro ATX so I did the same.

And get this cpu instead, you have a 5770 listed so you don't need the i5 661 w/ built-in video.

you might have some leftover money to burn, but don't waste it on an "xxx" version card. you can get that regular version and easily OC it yourself while saving a few bucks.

get a caviar black drive instead of the green.

850w psu is complete overkill. you could get this combo with 5770 that includes a good 650w psu that will suit you well.
