$450 to upgrade an old computer.

My friend turned 18 today and got some cash for his birthday. He is running an old computer with a Socket 939 CPU, an old motherboard, an 8800GT, DDR RAM, and a 300 Watt PSU.

He would like to upgrade his: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, PSU, and GPU. If a good aftermarket heatsink can be added it would be nice. Budget is $450 he can go $500 but he would like to keep it lower.

Could save some money and get this RAM.

Also, he could get an Athlon II X3 instead of a Phenom II X2, either way it'll be an upgrade for him. I certainly wouldn't complain if I were him if I could save the $30 or so and get a triple core Athlon.
