Ok.. they are probably almost the same..
But what do you think?

I would go for the Zotac, simply for the DVI and eSATA ports on the rear. Depends on what sound setup you have.

well, the asus mobo requires ddr3 ram whereas the zotac mobo requires ddr2. but the asus also has a full pcie x16 slot available.

I might go with ASUS, just because of extra PCIE slot, thats kind of nice. I could put there a nicer TV-tuner.

What do you think is good DDR3 1066 Memory (possibly 4GB)?
