User CP -> Edit Your Details -> Edit Email & Password

Though I'm not entirely sure that users with your post count actually have that ability. I don't see any reason why not.

Do you see the User CP button right at the top of the page, above the search bar? (there are a bunch of buttons up there which sometimes don't appear when you're using Internet Explorer).

If not, try another browser. If so, click on it.

Yeah, it kinda bugs me. The only browser that this site actually looks perfect in is Firefox.

Sorry but IE is the only browser that this site has an issue with. Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera and Dragon all display it the same.
