Cool! I'm going to add a window in a 932 this week. Ok, here is the custom HAF 922 front bezel and fan grills after receiving 4th coat of Charcoal Grey Metallic paint today. The finish on the bezel will buffed out.

Here is the HAF 922 panel before executing the window and paint.

No, the paint is custom mixed, we use HVLP paint gun with Compressor

I started installing the Acoustical foam in the HAF 922 chassis yesterday, starting on the backboard. It has Adhesive backing for easy installation. It cuts very easily with a scissors or Xacto knife. This foam will help dampen noise generated from inside the 922.

Yeah thats why I thought all the "sound proof" stuff sounds like a bad idea. Like sticking insulation into your case. Better to just get a big heatsink a couple gentle typhoons or something if you want quiet.

Yes it would act as insulation, but you dont cool your case by heat transfer thru solid panels.... you cool it by moving air thru it. Come on guys, little common sense?
