yeah, i have what i believe a stable oc for 3.9 right now, but it seems to crash randomly some times, like it will be stable, then bam, it crashes. I think i might have like a voltage too low or something (slay, you have the same mobo as me, what voltages are you running? we have a pretty similar setup so your voltages will probably work for me)

I run the i7 920 in my Office Workstation at 4GHz using these settings.

I run my Gamer at 4.2GHz using these settings. There very simular thought the Classified has a few extra options.

tried those settings out, would not even boot, so i tweaked them a bit, but then i was erroring in lix (at only going for 4.0ghz) i thought it maybe a vcore issue, so i slowly went all the way up to 1,33750, still erroiring (pll vcore at 2.1 as well) any ideas? I have not actually crashed or bsoded or anything just its eroring before it finishes. Usually within the first 30s, and multiple times on 17s for some reason.

Leave the CPU PLL alone, lower it a notch if anything. Try raising the CPU VTT. Adjust your memory latencies to what is recommended for your memory, not what I have listed. Have you been watching your temps while testing LinX? What are they peaking at? And what is your Vreg Temp doing under load? Use HW Monitor. Exactly which mobo do you have? Are you using the latest Bios?
