Computer shut off, no signal to monitor

My computer randomly shut off earlier. Now the computer will turn on, but the monitor says that it's getting no signal.

All connections are correct, and we tested the video cord and the monitor on another computer - Both are working perfectly.

Power supply is good, computer works, cables work, monitor works, but no signal. Any ideas?

Possible driver problem, have you updated your drivers? Is you anti-virus working properly as some malware can disable drivers. Do you have automatic updates turned on?

Have you reset cmos?

post your computer brand and model number. some computers have a pci graphics card that may go bad. (hp)
