Try recording the video again, but have HD Monitor running in the background, then when your finished recording post another screenshot of HW Monitor. It will show us the temperatures of your hardware components under a work load. I think one or more of your components is reaching a thermal limit and it's reducing it's performance in an attempt to stay within a safe temperature zone.

Look in your bios and if you have the option, disable Quiet & Cool and you may also have a option called GPU Power Savings (or something simular) try disabling that also.

when the PC posts you should hit whatever key it indicates to enter the Bios Setup. It's usually the Del or F2 key but yours maybe something different.
