Games crash on PC and blue screen, please help!

Hi had a previous thread and someone told me this section would be better for a solution.

Pretty much got a PC and while I try play games the "gamename.exe" doesnt respond or game jus closes and sometimes I get random blue screens of errors. Even my firefox just crashes randomly.

Here are some specs of my computer I used software called "PC Wizard 2010" for this:

Mainboard : ASRock G31M-GS
Chipset : Intel G31/G33/G35
Processor : Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2500 MHz
Physical Memory : 4096 MB (2 x 2048 DDR2-SDRAM )
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.01.2600 Service Pack 2

Hardware Monitoring : Winbond W83627EHF/EHG
Voltage CPU : 1.26 V
+3.3V Voltage : 3.28 V
+12V Voltage : 8.29 V

Someone told me the readings for the power shows a problem. I have went into BIOS and to the H/W Monitor section, I get these figures:

V core: 1.280
+3.30V: 1.288
+5.00V: 5.136
+12.00V: 11.932

I use an nvidia graphics card, I have installed all drivers for my graphics card and motherboard, but don't know the problem I'm having with the blue screens and game crashes.

In another comment I'll add readings from a program called "BlueScreenView" if this helps at all.

I'd check your ram using memtest86. Its a bootable memmery checker, you d/l and burn to a disk.

He's only getting 1.3v~ on his 3.3v rail in his BIOS?
What do you make of that?

Well, as i actuall didn't see it... somehow only read the 5 and 12V... I'm hoping its a typo....

Now it's time to double check with a Multimeter.

i'd double check your 3V, as yha thats not good, and if true is a bad psu. It looks alot like your Vcore, so maybe a chance you might have miswrote it.
It's something i'd do.

Something is wrong but I'm not sure if it's the Power Supply or the Motherboard. I've highlighted what I see as bad, in Red. Hardware Monitoring is showing the 12v line as way low and the 3.3v as good, while the Bios is showing the 12v line as good and the 3.3v as way low. This could be faulty sensors or a bad power supply. I would try a new power supply 1st but be prepared to buy a new mobo also.
