with the video cards. i am going to get the second one later this week and go crossfire..
i am building this inside an old system, voodoo omen. with watercooling... i already have a 1000 psu

The dominators are great but overpriced. You can pick up some ocz or gskil 1600 cas8 much cheaper.

For now I would give it a go with just a single card as the 5870 can handle just about anything you throw at it. Save the cash for a second card for a upgrade later.

I prefer the p6t deluxe v2. Is it worth the extra $100? probably not but it has better cooling, better sound and dual gig nics.

Do you really need the sound card? The onboard card is pretty good in the present. I would try the onboard card first and only buy the creative if I don't like it.
