Computer illeterate, help please?

Hi there everyone, i've been a troll here for awhile and just never signed up, im just hoping you can help me with a little question i have, im a big fan of playing World of Warcraft, and i finally have the opportunity to buy a computer that i can use just for gaming, i found someone who will build one for me and i just wanted to run the specs by you guys and see if it sounded like a good deal i guess, here it is

AMD 3.0ghtz am3 dual core
ati 4890 xfx video card with 1gb v-memory
4gb ddr3 1066 ram
500gb WD hard drive
DVD burner
total: $720

so what do you guys think? thanks for your time

I would prefer a 5850 with dx11 for a gpu. Or to save some cash you could go for a 5770 which does not perform as well as the 4890 but is dx11.

What psu will they be using? mb info would be nice as well.

Does that include an OS? If not, it seems a bit pricey.
