hi guys im looking for a wireless router that will reach to the max distance....WHAT WILL THAT ROUTER BE ???

and would a power booster give me more distance ????

any info/help would be great

That would depend what turbulence is in between. Wall, electric devices, trees, electrical lines, etc.

I don't think a wireless booster will help in this situation.

'Powerline' or 'Homeplug' mains network adaptors may be the solution to your issue. They utilise existing cable in your mains circuitry, and as such make it a very useful alternative if you need to reach distances.

Have a look here:Netgear Powerline Range

I hope this helps.

well it will be in my grandma's house and im right across the road about 200-250 ft away, no trees in the way of the window and the window is facing towards my home

i would like to have the best signal i can get if its possible ??? and would like to no what brand and what do i need if possible

that might work there, do they sell a kit or do i have to buy all the parts ect.......

also do i need 2 wireless routers like him ?? me and my grandma's house are pretty close, i can through a bass ball and hit her house lol

if there is a complete set up i can buy that would be better i think ?
