Razer Imperator Firmware Update

Hello anyone here using Imperator mouse? because am trying to updating the firmware but its not actually updating it just stuck on wait bootloader.

please help.

Mouses don't have firmware. Unless you meant drivers.

Apparently they do

It says firmware on the site, unless they're misleading .

As for the solution to the problem, I don't know since I never used that type of mouse.

i meant yeah driver i supposed. erm coz people said z-axis of the mouse is an issue on this mouse so am hoping that might be fixed if I update the firmware.
