Problems with LCD Toshiba satellite A205

Hello this is my first post so i hope I'm not break rules
I have a Toshiba Satellite A205
and when i turn on laptops the lcd goes blank you is bright but nothing shows if i connect to external monitor it works so i replace Lcd screen and Invert and no luck .
Can anyone help me?

How did you replace the LCD screen? You mean the external monitor?

Have you checked the connection on the MB to ensure everything is secure?

Hmmm, when you say the LCD goes bright, you mean it's just blank but you know it's on and stays so for about a minute?
