I recently downloaded ACE Online, I am Level 7. But when I go to the skill shop, it won't let me get Level 1 items! Please help!!

Umm you may have to go to the game's forums for that issue; unless your lucky to find someone with the same problem here and a solution.

Never played the game but from what I found using google, you need to pay for items:
Ace Online - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and by pay it doesn't appear to mean fake game money, it means real hard-earned cash.

I figured it out.
Moving thread to MMORPG subforum.
As I remember, Ace Online is the successor to Space Cowboy Online. It's one of those MMORPGs where it's free to play. However you really want to get any where in the game, you do need to pay $$$ for ingame items. This is some thing that I would not mind doing if the game was supported better. Typical for a lot of the asian free to play MMORPGs.
