Looking for a laptop, sub $800

I'm looking for a laptop with a dedicated graphics card or at least graphics good enough for smooth PS2 Emulation.
I was thinking ATI 4570 - 5650 - 4650
Nvidia GT320
Possibly the new Intel integrated graphics (No idea what to call them)

I found a few good candidates, but I was wondering if you guys knew about some gem in the rough in this price range, possibly with a 2+ year warranty, and with the option of upgrading to a larger than 6 cell battery for relatively cheap.

Also I want at least a dual core 2.2+Ghz CPU
Turion, Athlon II, Core 2 Duo, i3, i5
Doesn't matter as long as the performance is there

The rest of the specs don't really matter, that's the important stuff.

Anyone have any specific recommendations?
