Here's the TRUE Copper at 4GHz, I've waited until the heater warmed things up. I'm surprised that Core#1 & 2 reached 70C in RealTemp, HW Monitor is reporting things a little differently. Never rely on just one monitoring program as they all read things a little differently. If your temps are ok with one program but high with different program then you should try to lower your temps.
