Graphics Card problem

My graphics just **** out on me i think. I can hear it running, but when i plug my monitor into it it says "no signal, check wires". I tried multiple wires, nothing changed. When i did put this card in, i replaced the PSU as well and everything was running fine, then one day the GC just stopped. As of right now, im running off the card built into the Motherbaord.
Any advice on how to fix this problem?

The card im using is an EVGA Geforce 9800 GTX

Check that the fan is still running on the card and that it's power cable is still connected. If possible test the card in another system and also try another card (preferably a cheap one) in the slot on your motherboard to rule in/out a bad graphics card and a bad pci-e slot. Report back with your results, good luck.
