Haven't build a PC in...lets say 4 years . So I'm in the urge to build one this year since I'm tired of the laptop and it's limitations .
My question is how do you know if a motherboard supports SLI/Crossfire...or all do? Is it anyway dependent on the motherboard or just the GFX card itself?
Excuse me for my n00b question , I'm now getting back into the building thing lol and yes I want to build a gaming machine .
Also looking at this board (Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards) as a "template" to know what too look for at the moment, so it isn't my final decision.
Technology has increased a lot in 4 years, so I've got a lot to catch up on lol.
Edit: Reviews on the board seems low, so it's only used as a template for now, in all the specs it contains.
