TOSHIBA MK8022GAA usb adapter help

hi,
my ipod just died and , i want to re-use the perfectlly foncionnal hard drive insisde.
I need help in finding an addaptor for the HDD. I have no knowledge in this area, so anny help would be great.

I'm not familiar with Ipods, but I don't think the hard drives themselves can be run outside the Ipod. Can you connect through the port on your Ipod to the hard drive, even if it doesnt work physically?
