Computer needs a cleaning, help with format on HP Lappy

Not sure if this is the right section, but here it goes...

I have a HP Pavilion dv9640us Entertainment Laptop

And it came with a TON of trial programs and crap that I never use. I check my HD's and I have about 70-80% of both my 250GB HD's full and I cant figure out for the life of me how they are so full when I dont have a ton of stuff on my computer.

I mainly use my computer for:

emails
internet
gaming (LOTRO MMORPG)
and some with Microsoft Officer products

I am running Vista, 64x I believe, if that helps.

I recently upgraded my RAM to G.Skill dual 2GB sticks which helps alot, but im still running at 60-70% performance while in game.

Is there a quick and EASY way to wipe my computer clean and only install the OS and then I can install the game, Mircosoft Office, and any other misc programs I have and WANT on there?

I am somewhat computer savy, better than the average I guess, but probably only about a 3/10 compared to most of yall on this board, so nothing tooooo complicated please

If it's the bundled software you want to take out, you can try this out.

Try this. Much simplier.

Did the Windows Vista cd come with the laptop or did you buy it separately?

The Vista came with the Lappy.

The Decrapifier picked up quite a few things. Thanks!
