A Budget Gaming Rig.. Suggestions?

This is my first time building a gaming rig. I am on a budget. $~800 is fine. I really need your guys' suggestions. I won't use the computer for hardcore gaming, just games like L4D and WoW; the rest, school work and stuff. Thanks!

A-data make good quality ram, you'll be fine with those. For the games your talking about a 5770 would be the way to go.
