Just about to buy specs, any thoughts?

Me again!

Ok so after some to and froing this is what I'm about to go for.

Coolermaster dominator cm690 case
3 x Quiet 120mm fans
Quiet Xilence 800 Watt 2 x 12V Quiet PSU
Intel Core i7 920 CPU overclocked to 3.6Ghz per core
Noctua NH-U12P CPU Heatsink

Its an arbico build, aftersales seems ok, my dad had a godd experience and theyre very close to me so any probs can be dealt with in person.

My only not so sure is the PSU. Could someone who knows these things please advise?

I'm now inspired to take apart my old desktop and try rebuilding to learn so next time round I'll be starting from scratch!

^ Agreed, Corsair makes really great PSU's. Out of those three choices I would jump on the Corsair hands down. Also, if it saves you money then you could go lower in wattage. That setup would do fine with a 550w even.
