best coling fans

there is really two question i want to ask

1. if i buy a cheap 80mm fan and heatsink and i take out the fan and replace it with a high perfomance vantec, delta or sunon 80mm
fan will it work as good as fans in the $20-25 dollar range.

2.can u give me any good 80mm fans in a $18-25 dollar range. i dont live in the us i live in the caribbean, my case temp is about 40c i need a good fan noise is not a factor.

These are the BEST fans you can put on a heatsink.

I don't think Xoxide ships Internationaly so you probably have to find these somewhere else. I think Newegg.com ships international.I Hope this Helps

Thermaltake has a decent 80mm case fan, blue led, with temp or dial control for speed. Its 8$ US on newegg.
