Wifi Card Won't Fit - SOLUTION!

I don't know why this topic was closed... but I had the same problem, and found a solution:

It turns out that sometimes in the manufacturing process, the metal bracket on the end of the PCI card is attached without being flush against the circuit board. Fortunately, it is attached only with screws, which can be loosened (quarter- to half-turn should be more than enough) so the bracket can be lined up with the circuit board, and secured in that position.
