Hard drive

I've got a 120GB SATA HD and was thinking about putting in a SSD instead. Can you add a SSD along side a sata drive or do you have to replace it? and if you have to replace it, are they easy to install?

Laptops dont have any extra space inside them, with the exception of ones that come with a second internal hdd bay.

You would have to replace the existing drive with the ssd.

Yet, you could easily buy an external case.
