it all depends, i usually add at least a cd copier and 80gb hdd, plus new case not more than £50, usually only cost about £50-£100 in the first place and i sell them for between £150-£250 depending on how good you make it, i make it better than computer shops would for less but still make sure i get paid at the end

it probably was, you cant buy stuff in the uk on holiday and say oh i'm american knock 17.5% off the price please lol
maybe the cost was so low you thought the tax wasn't included
