With this, would you have to change the coolant? Like you do in most other water cooling devices? And typicaly how often do you have to change your coolant in orther devices?

it's probbably best if you do, not sure how often though
apparently you can get this "water" for it which doesn't conduct electricity so it doesn't kill your PC if it leaks
