Building a low-budget gaming pc

This is a very low budget gaming PC.. I'm pretty sure im going to overclock it and possibly get a second radeon for a crossfire setup.. but not sure. I'm looking to play pretty recently released games.. dragon age, mw2 if i can run it.

how does this look to you guys?
any ideas are appreciated
remember, this is low budget.. like 6-800$
motherboard: Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3, Socket-AM3

memory:Kingston G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1100 or G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

processor: AMD Phenom II X2 545

videocard: 2 choices, XFX Radeon HD 4850 Video Card or Gainward GeForce GTS250 1GB maybe give your own memory as a opinion.

psu: Chieftec Smart Series 550W PSU

Hard drives: I truly dont know what to choose ( any recommendations)
 
memory not compatible with the motherboard.

for $600-$800 you can actually get a pretty decent system!

would you need monitor and OS? you live in the states, right?
