Fan Speed & Temperature

Hey, I was doing some rewiring so I might have a little better airflow as it was a horrible mess, but now after getting everything all reconnected... my fans seem to be running slower and I am not sure why.

I have a picture below as it was the closest I could get to a somewhat accurate temp gauge and speed gauge.

I have 2 120MM fans one in the front, one in the back, a 90MM on the side and a Typhoon? heatsink on the CPU.

Judging from the picture, is there anything I should worry about? I swear the fans are running slower than they should be, or is it my imagination?

Try cleaning out your system. The GPU is a little hot while not playing games. You might want to get a higher RPM fan...

Does that Speed 4 and 5 at 50% do anything?

hmm, well im reformatting the pc, it hasnt been in about 4 years so that may help a bit. but i dont even know what fan 4 and 5 is. i set them to 100% and nothing happens. ill look into higher RPM fans. i thought every fan had the same RPM but you had to set it higher or something manually.

Look at the RPM list to the left on newegg:

I have 3 120mm Noctuas in this desktop. They are the top of the line. That's why they cost so much.

Look at the RPM of these:

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Computer Cases,Case Fans,Noctua

Higher the RPM, the more air it can move.
