Hi, I've got an EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX425 printer.
All of a sudden when I went to print a page it flashed up with ''out of ink'' message. I found this strange as I had not long replaced the cartridges!
So I took the cartridges out to see how low they were. They must of been at least half full - all of them! Anyway, I decided to buy new ones to see if they would work. Brand new cartridges - same message!
I have since reinstalled the software for the printer in-case there was some malfunction. This made no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
PS. The ink I'm using isn't actually EPSON ink but I had been using it for a long time previously and it had worked fine for about 18 months!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
