Nothing seems terribly amiss here. I might recommend considering something else for hard drive, whether it be as a replacement or supplement. I have a pretty similar build, and by far the biggest thing slowing it down is the hard drive. Solid State Drives are the way to go, especially for a boot drive. I avoided it on account of cost and wouldn't blame you for doing the same, but it's food for thought.

Most desktops don't need it, but make sure not to forget a wireless card if it's going to be necessary. Looks like your mobo comes with SATA cables, so you should be fine there. Not seeing a place for a floppy on the board, but I do see a ribbon cable so you should be set for your CD drive as well. Might recommend buying a rounded IDE cable for it, could help airflow a little, but nothing a little bit of careful ribbon placement can't take care.

In all, I (personally) think you're okay.

Should i upgrade the memory to 2000 mhz?
yes i did forget the wireless card i will get one of those
and would a 10000 rpm hd be fast enough or solid state is still the way to go?

really no reason to get an ide drive, theyre a hassle to work with. get a sata drive
Newegg.ca - Sony Optiarc Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD/CD Rewritable Drive - CD / DVD Burners

i would get this 5770 instead
Newegg.ca - XFX HD-577X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
its cheaper and it comes with double-lifetime warranty because its from xfx

if you want to save some money on psu, although the 750tx is nice:
for your current list with 1 gfx card, this psu would work fine
Newegg.ca - Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

or this one if you plan on another gfx card, additonal hdds, etc.
Newegg.ca - Antec TruePower New TP-750 750W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply - Power Supplies

and you could also go with just the x4 955.
Newegg.ca - AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
same revision as the x4 965 only its cheaper. the x4 965 is only 200mhz faster stock, which you could easily do yourself.

besides those things, everything else you picked looks good.

if you have the extra money to burn, i would get an ssd as a main drive for OS/programs.

btw, i linked parts to newegg (canada) because some of the prices you listed seemed a tad high for the newegg (us). and when i searched them, they matched the canadian prices so...yeah.
