Here's my effort so far on getting my rig prime stable. Will probably give a little more voltage and push for 4.6GHz stable in a bit.

Can anyone help me OC my budget build? I'm using the stock cooler right now, my case is pretty small, but I think I might fit a AC7.. well here's my rig.

no can do on the gigabyte P45s.

There was practically no difference on my old X48 between 1T and 2T. There are other ways of getting mem performance.

Finally settled on my 24/7 clock....got a nice balance between CPU freq., vcore, and memory performance

Was hoping to run GTA4 but may not be able to.Can my cpu( Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz) OC?Will that run the game?I also only have 1.2gb DDR2 Ram , GeForce 9500GT 1gig memory.On "Can You Run It" site,the following is the results I get for cpu:
