just back up everything. It could be running it at a slower speed, so it won't click.

Clicking is a very bad sign. In click code, that means "Back me up!!!!!"

Yeah, I got everything backed up. I am going to try the drive in another system and see what happens.

The clicking could have also stopped because of the orientation of the drive. If the drive is standing up as opposed to laying flat the head may not be touching, but the drive is still on its last leg.
