Hello, I want a computer that can handle top Graphics and Recording with Fraps with no lag present.

-Assassins Creed
-Assassions Creed 2
-Mafia
-Half-life
-Half-life 2
-Grand theft auto 3
-Grand theft auto Vice city
-Grand theft auto San Andreas
-Grand theft auto 4

I'm pretty sure this build would do a great job with what I want to do. But since I live in Germany it goes way over my budget. Do any of you here have a completely new build or modifications to this one that can make it less pricy?
