SATA cable question- easy

ok, I just purchased this blu-ray drive.

I do not currently own any sata connect devices.
this drive did not come with any sata cables, so I was wondering what cables do I need exactly? I do have some sata cables that came with my mobo, which is a biostar p43- seen here.

soo..what cables do I need to get this thing hooked up and working?

see, I have those and I wondered if that was all I needed. Will those cables supply power and everything?
because I thought that those were the sata data cables and not the power?

you need a sata cable to connect it to the mobo, and a sata power connection from your psu.
