IMO there is no replacement for slowness, look for 1,200 RPM or less. Antec TriCools have a selectable speed, Scythe and Noctua are both very good as well (especially noctua).

Thanks for all your help. I already ordered the first fans. But i opened up my box and i think it might be the cpu fan making the most noise is there any cheap replacements for this bearing i might overclock.

jab tech is mostly a store water coolers use... so thats probably why you've never heard of it.

You could always use fan dampers. it slows the fan down a bit, but it still pushes air. I got those with Noctua fans.

But as Ste, said, you have to pay the price for nice fans.
