upgrading son's computer Compaq 5000

My son's computer died so I just want to use the case if possible and add new motherboard and hard and memory maybe power supply. He only surfs net and plays online games on pbskids and sites like that what would be the best motherboard&cpu for this on a budget 200.00 or under! Thank you for your help

you should go for a mobo with built in gfx and cheap hd/memory
