Possibly upgrading my rig.

Coolermaster Case Wave-Master
ASUS M2N Deluxe SLI Motherboard
AM2 Dual Core 6000+
2GB DDR2 RAM(800mhz)
eVGA 768mb Geforce 8800 GTX
Thermaltake 750w PSU
Seagate 500gb SATA Drive

I was thinking that the main things that I would probably need to upgrade is the video card, processor, motherboard, and memory.

how much you plan on spending?

it doesn't look like you're too desperate to upgrade as thats a pretty decent setup there; but for now you could maybe add another 2gb of ram, and if you're having trouble gaming replace the video card. If you have a high enough budget, then you could try to upgrade mobo/cpu.

I second that. What's your budget? Also, what OS are you running, as a 32-bit OS can only access 3.5GB of RAM (may be time to upgrade to Win7- hint, hint).

What resolution are you running and what games are you looking to improve FPS in?

If your playing on a 22' or less you probably won't see too much improvement by buying new hardware. If in that case the first upgrade should be at least a monitor with 1920X1080 resolution..
