Best card under $100-$150

Not for me, unfortunately... Anyway, looking for the best PCI-E video card under $100, but could possibly go up to $150?

ATI = 5750? For future support, due to not upgrading very often.

Nvidia = GTS250? Much better than my card, and they can play most of the games that they do play perfectly on my rig.

To stay around the $100 range, a 4850? Seems to be the best at the price range.

Mainly leaning towards suggesting the 4850, as it's MUCH better than my card, and right around the same performance as the 5750, but no DX11.

4850's are a little hard to come by now, least on newegg. They are great cards though, I've got the XFX 1gb version and it rocks. On sale for 124.99 CAD when I bought it, runs everything @1280x1024 maxed pretty well, except crysis warhead drops below 24fps on the last level.
