Having Issues With MB And HD

Hey pplz I Normally Come Here For PC Issues But This Time I've Ran Into A Weird Snag.

I'm Running A Intel Dual Core 2.4 GHz
With An Intel Desktop Board DG965WH
2g RAM Dominators
WD 80G SATA
And Maxtor SATA 300G For Storage
Running XP Home On WDHD

I Just Replaced My Old WD With A New. Installed OS And Drivers Needed, And No Problems Until I Noticed That My Storage HD Is Nowhere To Be Seen. I Checked The Device Manager And It Shows Up As Well As BOIS But Nothing In The MY Computer Window. Changing Interface/Power Cables And Ports Did Nothing. Help Me Plz ;_;

Is the storage drive new or does it have data on it?

what service pack are you running?

Go to the Control Panel/Administration Tools/Computer Management/Storage/Disk Management.

You may have to hunt around for it as I'm no longer using WinXP so I can't verify the actual location of the Disk Manager. But I should be close enough for you to find it. Once you do find it, you should be able to activate it.

I just want to verify that it is a new drive with no data on it first.

Its An Old HD. It Was The Original HD I Had On Before The I Replaced The WDHD With A New One Its About 50% Full



Edit: Thk You 2 It Appears I Had To "Import Foreign Drive" Into The PC lol. Makes Me Fell A Bit Stupid After Finding Such A Easy Solution lol ^_^... Thx Again ^_^
