What the heck is up with this?
My buddy just got a budget Acer P205H 20" monitor. It SHOULD be 1680 x 1050. Set it to the appropriate resolution and the desktop scolls... Go all the way to the right, and there's more, go all the way down or up and it moves down or up.
Installed the drivers for thew monitor and it didn't really help much. Ahyway to return this to normal??
