Error code on reboot

Every now and then I get this error message when rebooting, just as windows is shutting down it comes up with this error:

The instruction at "0x76e425c8" referenced memory at "0x76e425c8". The memory could not be "written".

Everything freezes here until I kill the main power:crazy: A little help plz!
 
Could be anything really.

Most likely some program has not shut down and caused the error to be thrown because other hardware is no longer responding to it, or something like that.

Only general suggestions can be made.

Make sure, drivers and windows is up to date, malware and virus scans (Malwarebytes).

Close all programs before shutting down.

Also:

Start>Run>regedit>hkey current user>control panel>desktop

Double click the entry that says "autoendtasks"

Change the value from 0 to 1.
