Any way I can squeeze more juice out of this system? OC wise?

So first off.. here's the specs:

ASUS P5Q SE Plus LGA775
Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 3.57Ghz (420x8.5)
8.0 GB G.SKILL DDR2-1066 RAM @ 841Mhz (I don't know why, that's what my BIOS says)

Any other information I need to give you? I just want to know if it's possible to get my proc up to 4.0Ghz on this system. Thank you

The cooler is an Arctic 7 Freezer Pro. Under load, I see them go to about.. 62ish and stay there. The vcore seems to be at or around 1.2160 V

Seems like for 4.0 you would need a vcore around 1.3 to 1.35 depending upon your cpu. You would need to add some nb volts as well around 1.4ish. Heat could be an issue for you there. I would see how high you can get stable at your current vcore. You should be able to bump vcore to 1.25 without much of an issue but constantly monitor your temps while testing stability with prime95. 4.0 will most likely be an issue with your current cooling solution.

Well, I tried adjusting the vcore in the BIOS, but every time I started up with a custom value, it would BSOD and restart immediately :(
