New CPU cooler.

Hi.

I'm planning buying the NOCTUA NH-U12P SE2 for my i5. My main question is the weight. Do I have to take any precautions when installing? Specially regarding the mobo.
By the way, is it a good cooler? For what I've read it's pretty good but I would like the opinion of the experts.

It's a good cooler. The weight should be no problem, my True Copper is probably twice as heavy
