Budget general use PC build needed

Hey guys my dad wants me to build him a computer to replace his old intel pentium 4. Pretty much just a general use PC used for web browsing, email, photos, music and quickbooks for his business. I have my own gaming rig so no gaming will be done on this so onboard graphics is fine. Pretty much looking to keep this as cheap as possible maybe around 350 . I figure anything will seem great to him compared to the old pentium 4 . Thanks
