There wasn't really any guidelines, the memory was set to "all" in the first place...

he said to run 32bit instead of 64...and when i run it in 32 bit it limits me to 1.8gb of memory instead of the full 6gb :\ so i think that would count as a guideline


EDIT: just ran it with all my available memory ( 5gb) and there was a ~4GFlop difference between using 1.8gb(how much it sets it at when you press all in 32bit mode)

Set memory usage to all and passes to 3. Linx is the front end, use 32bit, however if you experience problems and you have a 64bit OS then use the 64bit version. Since this benchmark plays to raw cpu power and not architectural differences like super pi we will have one list for all cpus. Unless the rules specify otherwise don't muck with the settings. If you do then i wont count your score.

He said you could use the 64-bit edition in the first post, which is what I was going by.

oh...he must of edited it lol. When he first wrote it he said something about everyone use 32bit to keep it relevant :\

man slay why are yours so much fast with HT on. I only get about 52 with it on.. Maybe it's because you're running ddr3 2000 over my 1600.. hmm

Your no fun. I was expecting you to just bump the score up a little at a time. I even had a couple slightly higher scores saved up, a 58.4528 and a 58.8606. Now I'm going to have to go into the Bios, maybe the next cool day

You should, your cooling with water. So far I've just been manipulating LinX.
