EDIT: SOLVED. I got it exchanged for another brand. Sadly, the new one only has 2 sata connectors that are both on the same cable which means that it can't reach both my SATA devices. Going to go see tomorrow if I can exchange it for a Cooler Master Extreme Power 500W.
Ok... Today, I bought a new graphics card. Gainward (Palit acquired) GTS 250 and realised that it needed 2 6-pin connectors.
So I thought, ok, my PSU comes with a 6-pin connector and the GPU comes with a peripheral to 6-pin adapter.
Then, I realised that the PSU 6-pin doesn't actually fit.
Let x be a the square with 2 corners cut out.

It looks like this:

However, I believe the 6-pin is supposed to look like this:

o x x
Is there something wrong with my PSU connector or is it a normal variation?
If I cut 2 corners to make it look correct, would it function the same way as a normal one? (funny question but I want to know)
